From the founders
We started superglue in 2024 as an open-source tool that connects AI agents to any API, and we went through Y Combinator in the Winter 2025 batch. Our customers kept using it for the same work: moving data and setting up systems in ERP implementations. These projects take months of manual work, and most of it follows the same steps every time. So we decided to automate the whole implementation.
Our goal is a self-driving implementation that runs from kickoff to go-live, while consultants set the direction and approve the work. Coding agents write most of our own code, so we can build this with a very small team. We hire rarely, and each person we hire owns a large part of the product.
What we value
Ownership
We take a problem from the first customer conversation until it works in production, and we stay responsible for it after that. Nobody has to follow up with us.
Judgment
We decide what to build and what to leave out. We check our own work before we ship it, and we can explain each decision.
Communication
We say clearly what we did, what is still open and what we need from others. When we disagree with a plan, we say so early.
